Juts when you thought everything was doing fine.. God, i hate this.

1. got the ABL schedule today

2. was in a very important meeting that could give me an actual career in filmmaking! 

3. my bro gave me a "sideline" where i earn 500 a pop of typing scripts! (its like medical transcription)

4. went home early enough to be able to rest!

5. im looking forward to a nice week.. i have a feeling that after my orals, this week will be wonderful! hehe


now, im off to study for my orals! 
 

wasnt able to write yesterday since i was out the whole day so lemme start right away! 

1. had a good basketball session with the eboys

2. had a few beers with some good ol' buddies

3. was able to reflect on so much while trizza was gone

4. was able to spend ten minutes with trizza... ten minutes just enough to reassure me. :)

5. had a VERY good japanese dinner!

im actually not happy...

my girlfriends not home, my class project is complete but very, VERY crappy, i dont want to submit my project and im starting to feel like not going to school anymore..

BUT

i was dismissed early from my broadcast ad class

and

i actually had fun in class making jokes about the teacher! :)) ask rish or joshua! :D 

heyo!

so, whatre the things that made me happy today? it wasnt that eventful.. but,

1. i was able to go to the grade school and reminisce (i went the for a wake though.. which is a bit sad)

2. i went to my first ever college plenary! hahaha it was very useful actually.. it was all about the practicum program!

3. i woke up pretty well! :D

okay, so let me start this 8 day thing (as tagged by trizza)

1. went to nagcarlan, laguna today to see my ailing uncle. the good thing? he's a lot stronger! as in aliuve and kicking!

2. i missed school! :D

i dont know if i just hated this particular project, but im kinda hating sir naps class (cinematography)... not him per se, but rather, the weekly homeworks and the semi- "pointless" projects! haha its weird being in sir naps class after taking Quarks class wherein we had a big project every two weeks and we could see the point of every project..

the latest film i made is crap.. i think im trying too hard.. :P bleh

          Sabi ni Kotz Frans nung Monday, we are backed in a corners kaya kailangan meron kaming bagong gameplan for game 2.  Pikunin daw namin sila, asar-asarin basta kahit anong trashtalk para mawala consentrasion nila ...lalo na yang si Rabeh Al-Sashimi saka si Chris Tiu.  Sabi ko nga, "Kotz, how can we trashtalks Chris Tiu?  Meron bang mapipintas sa kanya?  And I doesn't know how to spokening Chinese."  Hindi sumagot si Kotz, nagtinginan lang sila ni Assistant Kotz Jack tapos parehong umiling.  I dont understood why.

          Bumulong sa akin si Jayvee.  Tigilan ko na raw yung mga inane na hirit ko kasi yun daw ang reason kung bakit hindi ako sinasama sa pers five ni Kotz.  Paano nangyari yun, eh di ko nga alam ibig sabihin ng "inane".  Tinanong ko si Walsham kung ano ang "inane".  Sabi niya yun daw ang kunukulong sa mental.  Ip dats true, dapat si David Joshua ang inane. Siya ang mukhang abnoy sa amin eh.

          Enyway, sabi rin ni Kots na mas sikipan daw namin ang fool court depense namin, and it bored fruits naman kasi nag dalawang early poul si Al-Sashimi.  Kaso di namin alam na maganda ang ipapakita ni Baldos saka si Jobe Mangkokolam. Pero we never gives up, basta kung kailangan hampasin yung kamay ni Reyes, Eskweta at Salamat para maagaw ang bola, gawin daw namin.  Kung pumito yung referee ng poul, umarte daw kami na kunwari prustreyted kami, gaya ng ginagawa ni Assistant Kotz Jack.  (Assistant Kotz Jack, ip your reading this, belated happy condolence nga pala.)

          It's beened 24 hours and hindi pa din ako nakaka sleep.  I'm reely hurts kasi hindi naman talaga ako nag derty pinger pero tinawagan ako ng second tecnical poul.  Na-eject tuloy ako.  Hindi naman masama yung ginawa ko ah.  Sabi ni sir Tony Atayde, ang meedle pinger na nakataas, ibig sabihin "Animo La Salle, We are number 1".  I olweys see him doing dat tuwing kinakausap niya yung reperees.  Parehong kamay pa nga eh.  (Next time I will told sir Tony na isang kamay na lang ang gamitin niya.  Kasi I realized kung boat hands ang gamit niya, it meens "We are number 2."  Isn't I smart?)

          Dinadaan ko na lang sa blog ang sama ng loob ko kasi feeling ko talaga dis year we are the championship again.  Ito na siguro ang pinakamahabang nasulat ko sa buong buhay ko.  As a mater op pact, kahit mga essay ko sa scool hindi umaabot ng ganito kahaba.

          Ayoko na.  I'm tired na talaga.  I'm tired nang ma-emmbbarrassedd (dinoble ko yung konsonants kasi di ko sigurado spelling) dahil lagi na lang ako pinapakain ni Baculao ng bola.  Nakakahiya sa isponsors ko na Adidas saka Nike dahil ang pogi ko sa posters nila pero supalpal naman ako ebery time sa kanya.  I hates him!  (Pati nga si Buenafe nasupalpal ako. I hates him too!)

          I'm siriusly considering na mag-PBA na lang ako.  Baka wala na si Baculao pagdating ko doon.  Hindi na rin kasi nagkakasya sa pamily ko saMindoro yung P200 monthly sponsorship fee sa akin ng Nike saka Adidas (combined na yun.).  Nagiging milyonaryo daw ang mga player sa PBA.  Asan kaya ang Job Fair nila?

          Hanggang dito na lang.  Sana makatulog na ako.

P.S.  Napanood ko yung replay ng game.  I'm still froud of my team kahit natalo kami.  Kaso lang ang pangit talaga ng halftime cheering namin.  Bakit kasi nila hinayaan nilang magsayaw si Chokoleit doon sa gitna?  Ang sagwa talaga.

its weird having just recieved a private message from wiley to watch this vid on youtube.. it was our last video for palig when i was in 4th year.. it made me miss the class so much! and now this, a loss from ahs06.. 

this makes me miss the eboys too much.. nothing beats high school buddies...

Yesterday was a very memorable, busy day for me. What I thought would be a big hassle turned out to be a day that helped me realize where I would like to go in life. It all started with me swinging by U.P. to pass by Trizza. From there, we would meet Nikki Isaac and the gang at Bonifacio High Street.

 

To cut it short, everything went wrong. I AM NOT KIDDING YOU. First of all, we needed a permit to film at high street (which was really impossible to get). So instead, we ended up going to Salcedo park where Mike O. lived. SURPRISINGLY, we needed another permit before filming. Thanks to Ms. Caguiat’s wonderful pleading, and a little bit of jumping around, the guard finally let us despite not having a hard copy of a permit (aaaaah, the wonders of having raging hormones). With the first part done, we waited for Jay and Joel to show up. Once they did show up, their car got towed. As for my group, we were stuck in manila traffic for almost an hour. In other words, we got to the next location, Fort Santiago, at around 6:30 pm (2 hours late for our call times). As directors, Nikki and I joined forces in improvising with the lights we had. A few claps and woos from the carpinteros later, we proceed to ilustrado resto. From there on, the shoot went smoother than the previous ones. We ended the shoot at manila bay at 11:30 in the evening.

 

Despite being stinky, tired, sabog, bangag and everything else, the day ended smoothly. Thinking about it, this whole experience of directing is great! I love it when I have teachers like Quark who are able to persuade me to go their occupation. For so many years now, I have always known that I’ll be in advertising. But times like yesterday make me think twice as to what I want to do in life. The bond we shared yesterday was great! Especially because I was with the people I adore and love! It made me realize, Film is life. Film is passion. Film is eternal.

nung natulog ako, nanaginip ako. sa panaginip ko, kasama ko si andrade. mga hired killers kami ng government ala the Unit. dun sa place kung saan may papatayin kami, parang convention siya, bigla namin nakita si happy. lumapit sya sa amin tapos nagusap kami ng matagal. sa dulo ng paguusap namin, bigla namin sinabi sa isa't isa na dapat buoin ang banda ulit.

im always stressed during this time. its like your fixing or trying to fix the clutter you made during the summer! And when you have so much co-curricular activities, it makes everything worse because you have to balance your sched keepin the activities in mind.

com electives suck.
people judging your course because it only has just 15 units a sem suck.

oh, and its not JUST 15 units! theyre 15 units worth of projects and weekly submissions.

earth day jam was great!

i was able to spend most of it with Trizza and was able to spend the end of it with aussy and nikki! :P the whole event was very enjoyable since we were able to get great seats at yellow cab! the bands were great! sa tagal ko ng hindi nanonood ng concert, this was really worth the wait!

one stand out band for me that night was CALLALILY! please dont judge me because of it! haha but i really just found their music very good! their not just the emo kids we see on tv. they actually have good hard rockin' songs!

makes me miss my band man! so to happy hitching, practice na when i get back from baguio! haha

i find it so sickening what Lozada is doing to the people. why is he doing this? imagine, why does he say that it is the government who is sending out these people who "question" him but when people ask who sent him to bring down the government, he keeps on saying that he is out to tell the truth and he is doing this for the truth.

im neither on the side of the government nor the opposition. i actually want to wait till 2010 for GMA to be replaced. BUT COME ON!

is lozada really out for truth? then does the truth need to be spread ALL OVER the country? dont you think that if lozada is truly sincere in what he is doing, "the truth" that he is talking about will be believed by the people without his coercing them? he is being a politician. such a fucking politician. Lozada will not be doing this if he is what he says he is, a "normal" citizen. if i were him, i would just keep on fighting for my cause in the right way. besides, what does he want to get in this caravan for truth? for people all over the country to riot and oust the president? hell no, that will not happen. GMA is too much of a bitch to go down.

if Lozada is out there to TRULY tell everyone what he knows and what is true, then i commend him. but if he continues this grandstanding, then i will truly be sickened in what is happening to the country. what is Lozadas point in going all over the Philippines to tell students "tell the truth, tell the truth". thats the kids' parents job for gods sake!  he better have a message or else his caravan is futile.

another thing, he is showing such hypocrisy with what he is doing. he even sent out one student from cebu because he could not answer his question. my question is, why? why send him out? because you dont want the truth about YOU to be out?

i admire the stuident. to end, i quote the brilliant student who had the balls to question the puppet that is Jun Lozada:

"If you are seeking for the truth, then let us have truth on both sides."
